I took 20 photos during this visit. As usual, they will be posted with explanations of observations and new set-up activities.
This was another Sunday visit. It's been 8 days since the last visit. I left home for the park around 8 AM. The temperature was 55, breezy, crisp with a blue, sunny sky and high clouds. It was truly the first cool day of the fall.
Field Visit #34
November 8, 2015

This was another Sunday visit. It's been 8 days since the last visit. I left home for the park around 8 AM. The temperature was 55, breezy, crisp with a blue, sunny sky and high clouds. It was truly the first cool day of the fall.
I arrived at the park around 8:22 AM. I brought my bike to get in the 7+miles trail riding. I rode the close area and was back to my vehicle by 8:40 AM. I rested a while. I started gearing up with my backpack and by 8:52 was riding to the far end of the park.
I rode to the far east end of the park. On the return ride, I came to the P.R.O.W at 9:20 AM. After observing north and south, I visited the 2 entries.
I rode to the far east end of the park. On the return ride, I came to the P.R.O.W at 9:20 AM. After observing north and south, I visited the 2 entries.
I noticed nothing changed or different in the 2 areas. Due to recent rains, flooding in the park, the 2nd entry spot is swampy with standing water and mosquitoes were to much to deal with, even with a head net, long sleeves, gloves, etc. I can't stand their buzzing around my head.
I left the P.R.O.W. area around 9:30 AM. There was a lot of standing water just off the trail on my ride. During my ride to site 1B I noticed some sticks on the right side of the trail on the pavement. I saw them when I was riding east and determined to stop and look at on the way back. Here are the photos for this observation.
#1. thru #3. I really don't know if it means anything with the 'Forest People'. I photographed from 3 directions. This 'layout' of sticks was the only spot I saw something like this on the trail. It looked odd to me. I started using my survival whistle on recent rides. I blow it a certain way to announce my entering the area. I whistle towards the woods on the south side every 1/4 to 1/2 mile on the ride to the east on the trail. After taking the photos of the sticks, I rode on to Site 1B. I arrived around 9:50 AM.

After entering the 1B east tree line entry, I walked the pipes area to note changes. I saw no changes in the set-ups, etc. at the pipes. I went to other set-ups and saw no changes.
As I headed back to the pipes, I started talking out loud about moving things from the area, back home unless something eye catching really took place.
I then said out loud, 'like bringing back the ball ' (the small blue painted ball with painted yellow eyes and mouth, missing from the site recently).
As I reached the pipes area, I was going to remove the small backpack when I SAW ON THE GROUND THE BLUE BALL WITH THE FACE LOOKING IN MY DIRECTION. I was stunned. I didn't know what to think. There's a hole in the ground by the pipes were some small animal burrows. The ball was in the hole opening surrounded by leaves ground clutter. I just laughed.
Here I was talking aloud about the ball and it was returned. During my recent visits to the site, I made my feelings known about the ball being missing, taken, etc. I would speak verbally and send thoughts about the ball being returned to this spot.
#4. and #5. The ball on the ground in the opening.
#6. I put the ball back in the crook of another close by small tree.
#7. The bear/bee doll still in position.
#8. This shows both ball and bear/bee doll on separate small trees.
#9. You can see the ground hole below the ball in the tree.
#10. I put the ball back into the opening for this photo. You can see what I saw as I returned to the spot and saw the ball from the vantage.
In the next 10 photos, my new set-ups are in place.
#11. thru #20. New set-ups before leaving the site. They should be self-explanatory.

Another observation concerning my on-going visits. As you can see from all the current and past set-ups since 2014, I do a lot of items with a lot of pieces including large and small set-ups. Some are extravagant, most are simple.
The interaction with a possible 'FP' continually goes from mind boggling at times to simple and subtle. I never know what will happen next.
This concludes field report # 34 for Sunday November 08, 2015.
